This is a leap year and, yay, we get one extra day! Anyway, I'm starting to think up ways to surprise those I love with little Valentine gifts that don't cost the earth or wrap themselves around the hips. The one above is a cute idea that is easy to make from a sample size of Tabasco. If you can't find that, why not just attach the little sign to some red hot chillies?
